Just wondering if anybody else has used or is using the Emgo Megaphone silencers (Dunstall style) on their xj 650 or 750. They came with the bike when I bought it, but I'm wondering if I have the right jetting. The exhaust and collector box are original (OEM).

generally speaking, when you change only the muffs, no jetting should be required. it's when you change the head pipes and collector box that you will need to change jetting. still a plug chop will tell the whole story.

I think you have the right idea. I'm going to do a plug chop some time to see if it can tell me anything. I suspect it is lean.
