    Hello all,

    I'm looking for a "new" starter motor for my '80 xj650. Anybody in southern Ontario have an extra kicking around that they would sell to me? I dont want to resort to buying a brand new unit unless I have to. After about 2 weeks of trying to unseize the bolts that run the length of the starter and clamp it shut I figure I'll save the energy and just replace it.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but it is the same part as the 1982 xj750 maxim model. If so, I have a spare that is not seized that comes with the mounting bolts, but it's like $70 to ship it to Canada!
