Question about carb orings

    need to redo my carb seals because it's leaking and i was wondering if the orings for the throttle shaft are a special shape or if i can go ahead and buy a nitrile buno metric oring assortment case off of ebay and use those.

    They're kind of a special o-ring. XJ4EVER has o-rings for the job.

    I believe that the shaft seals are not actual o-rings, but shaped shaft seals. MiCarl suggestion to contact Chacal from XJ4Ever is the best suggestion. You will get the correct seals and advice.

    if their the same as 650/750 Hitachi carbs, then 2 #11 buna 0-rings per seal work. that's 4 per carb or 16 per rack
