Tank lock assembly help

    Hi,

    I unfortunately lost my only petrol tank key for my '80 XJ650.

    I picked the lock and (stupidly), took the 2 screws out that hold the lock assembly in place.

    Springs etc went all over the place.

    I can't find a good picture of how it should be reassembled?

    Maybe I shouldn't bother, and just go get a tank cap/lock from the wreckers.

    Any suggestions? I'm worrying that I dropped something in to the tank too.

    Thanks everyone, so much!

    I solved my temporary problem with an emergency tank cap. I drilled a hole so it'd breathe and keep the fuel flowing.
