1981 650 Tach Cable

    Hi I have a 1981 650. Where the Tach cable goes into the motor leaks oil at the higher rpms how can I fix it?

    There is an oil seal in the tach drive unit on the motor. I'm sure Chacal stocks them. He can get you what you need to fix it. Do a search, there is a thread on replacing the tach drive seal. Good luck!
