    Wanted:

Straight frame with clear title for 83 XJ-750

    Fork tubes for 83 XJ-750

I NEED a new frame and forks for my 83, in November 2014 I had a wreck, broke my femur and right arm. Bought my Max back from insurance. Bike runs great just want to get back on 2 wheels. I'm fine now :)

I am in SoCal 92308 have $$ serious buyer.

I have a set of 82 forks but Id prefer the 83 style if possible, FRAME WITH TITLE is my #1 concern. If you have one please let me know.

I have almost complete 82 parts minus frame if you need any parts in partial trade or I can pay outright. THANK YOU

I could also use a straight rust free 81 or 83 gas tank as well. I have an 82 with fuel sender but prefer to use 81-83 style solid tank. WILL trade or sell 82 tank if needed.

Well I'm doing ok amazingly enough I didn't even hit my helmet on the ground or get any road rash I basically did a handspring over the top of the car I got on the pegs before I hit the car and jumped over....I hit at 42mph in a 45 driver didn't see me off the 1/4 of the truck in front of me. lesson learned ride the line not in or between lanes... The tank looks bad shoulda seen my b**ls hahaha. I got a titanium rod in femur and lots of hardware in my wrist. I walked in 7 weeks. I'm an ex desert racer so no stranger to hitting the ground. heck I even called 911 for myself and walked out of traffic before I collapsed haha. Now just wanna ride my Max! Thought about buying a Harley or Ducati but nothing rides like a Maxim....

I think I'll upgrade the front brakes this time tho ;)

I've been back on the road I rented a Super Glide in April from Eaglerider.com (great people to deal with no hassle) and did 300miles with my wife on back :)

Thanks for kind words and help with finding me a frame :)

I can take a frame with Bill of sale too but a titled frame is much easier.

    Thanks!

I don't have a maxim frame (just a seca) but if the tubes from a `81 750RH Seca will fit I have two sets.

I've wanted to build a modified XJ using the Sega 5 gallon tank and seat. I know the engine has different mounts but *should* work as well as the swingarm/wheels etc (I run an 18" Seca rear wheel already)

Can you email me a couple pictures from the top-down and 2 sides? I've got welder etc so I can modify as needed maybe.

Also how much for one and Bill of sale or title?? Thanks much if you want we can email instead.

    Chrisjenkins760@Gmail.com

    Thanks again!

This is how I've dreamt of making the bike for myself, except maybe newer upside down forks and brakes from an R6 or R1 using a 5 spoke 16" rear wheel from a later Virgo or watercooled XJ700

    Thanks again everyone!

How much for one and can you send me a picture from top-down, and each side of frame so I can compare and see what mods besides Sega seat tank and foot controls I would need?

Thanks for your time. If it's easier email me

    Chrisjenkins760@Gmail.com

    Thanks!!

Ths is kind of what I've had in mind to build out of the wreckage I like the 5 gallon seca gas tank and I would like to see if I can use the parts I also would like to put a front end from a newer bike with bigger brakes maybe an r1 or r6 and use the 5 spoke 16 inch back wheel from a newer Virago to match the 17-inch front wheel from a newer front end. I have access to a lathe and welder to make Parts to adapt the triple trees wheels etc. thanks again!
