I have removed the original air box and have added 4 individual air filters/(pods). What is necessary for optimal performance in regards to the Carbs?? Do I need to rejet, if so I need help moving forward. I'm more of a fabricator than a mechanic.

For optimum performance put the airbox back on.

That's what I figured. I already modified the frame by lowering the seat and took up that space.

OK then . Start by using the airbox boots between the carbs and the pods. They are velocity stacks and will help performance. After that you will probably still be lean. Do yo still have the stock exhaust?

I couldn't fit the boots and the pods. Will that make a major issue?

can you push the boots up in the pods to make the whole assembly shorter? the carbs like the air flow that the boots make.

To K-Moe, I have the original exhaust from the head to the manifold. I plan to modify it some how or purchase the 4 into one exhaust for it.

OK that will help some with the jetting. Fitting the airbox boots hlps even more; good to see that you can.
I'd start out on stock jets with that configuration and see where you are before changing jets.
