    It's all perspective: don't say chopping up, he's CLEANING it up. Lots of scratches and digs, so it's not like he's hurting a pristine example. Plus, the dog seems to like it. Last street tracker was amazing. I'm excited to see where this thing goes.

    that sure is a nice headlight.
    now drill some holes in that flat steel bar so it doesn't look like a flat steel bar

    Your welds look a little plastic. Try upping the amperage...lol

    Nicely done indeed. Do you have a tubing bender, or was that done on a homemade buck?

    Copper pipe bender, 20 x 1.5 ERW tube is right at the top end of it's limit.

    Used just the flange of the SR pet cock, fitted single outlet, remote tap installed, feeds to in-line filter & fuel pump. DSCF6436.JPG

    a vacuum fuel pump and a flat slide cv carb, don't see that everyday.
    is that some custom work on that frame tube?

    Polock, are you asking about that sharp looking edge where the fuel line seems to rub? Because that's what I'd be worried about. Eeep!

    Yeh, I needed a bit of room there, it's properly plated, though & the only thing sharp is the guy that did it.
    PS, it's carbs, plural.
