Broken turn signals. Where can I buy hollow bolts?

    So I broke 2 of my new signals after a month. So I'm going to remove the broken peice and replace it myself (the threaded bolt that the wires go through). I'm having a hard time finding a hollow bolt or rod that is 10mm. Any ideas? Here's a pic of what I'm looking for
