New member, Hi from me and my bike

Hi, y'all. Just found this place by accident.
I have been riding for 30 years, not sure I could stop. My present ride is an '86 XJ700, had her for ten years now.
She is a work in process. I re-covered the seats with some leather I had laying around, and decided to go with browns for the accessories. The bags are temporary until I can find better. Brown isn't easy to come by in motorcycle accessories.

Thanks. To be honest, I have only ever had to replace the clutch cable and the fork seals. Oh, and rebuilt the carbs. But yeah, my PM regimen is well established, which is probably why, in ten years of everyday riding, I have had to do so little. She lives in the garage when I am not riding, and I imagine that plays into it as well. It is getting time to do the brakes, as the shoes are getting a tad worn, but I have never noticed the kind of deterioration shown in that article in them.
