I just bought a bike with the carbs removed. The previous owner took them off to clean them and they were stolen from the shop where he took them.....is his story. I will need the complete setup that bolts to the block. Thanks!

Carbs don't bolt to the block. Manifolds/carb holders bolt to the block, and carbs get inserted into them and cinched with clamps.

Carbs from either 550 Maxim or 550 Seca will fit - they use same carb bodies. However, they use different needles (and maybe different jets, I don't remember exactly).

    Which 550 do you have?

Sounds like just that---- a story.
"Once upon a time..... A guy took his bike to a shop for some servicing. While it was there, a big bad person came in and stole the guy's carb rack. Later, the guy got his bike back minus the carbs. He was so happy that the shop never replaced the missing carbs, he sold the bike to someone else ( along with the still-missing car issue). The new owner was so happy to get the bike AND the opportunity to look for a carb rack!

And everybody lived happily ever after."
