I have the bike running pretty good.valves in spec. Carbs went to church. Everything is in pretty good shape. When i fired it up with a bench sync it ran ok. Had a little stumble in lower rpms. The header temps were all with in 190-210. But after i running synced them with 2 bottles 1-2 3-4 2-3 i was getting like 1 headerwas at 80 and the others at 200. I tryed colortuning first but i get very weird results like its blue from 1/2 turn to 4 1/2 turns.

did you do a compresion test ?
    80 degree cylinder firing?
1/2 turn 4-1/2 turn on each cylinder or thats the range between them

did you cause a vacuum leak at the nipple and caps when you synced, after reinstalling caps?

try syncing with 1 bottle keep it simple. will eliminate your tool as a problem.

    edit spelling

I did a compresion test of thats what you mean if thats just a typo or is compresition something else. My compression test was good dont rember what exact number but they all were within 10 psi of each other and right in the middle of what spec is. The tubing for the bottle was a pretty tight fit and no leaks when the caps were on. Also i did not use the yics

yes that's what i should have written compresion .

if it was running better before tuning you should look at what you did. Just to rule your process out.
check for spark at the low temp cylinder take a spare plug plug it in and ground to the cylinder.
may want to pull out and look at that plug as well

When you cleaned the carbs did you also clean the gas tank? Did you install an inline fuel filter between teh petcock and the carbs? You might have gotten crud from the tank into one of the float bowls and re-plugged the passages to that one carb.

can't do that, one gauge but not one bottle.
turn all your mixture screws to 2.75 out, re-sync and see what you get

80 isn't firing at all, from where you're at now, i'd adjust, sync then check that 80. if it doesn't go up something's wrong.
check that plug like 550H said.

Ok i fired it up just for a minute today and 1 and 2 were cold. I check plugs and they smelled of oil and gas on both 1 and 2. I ordered 8 new plugs and they willbe in thursday. I want to figure why its burning oil. The oil is in the middle of the sightglass. No oil in airbox. What things should i check

from reading your first post here, there's nothing wrong with your compression, it won't just go away when you work on the carbs. you can foul a plug though
