I figure that I am not the only one on here that has broken an exhaust stud off. One is flush and I am resigned to having to drill it out. That leads to the question. Has anyone come up with a jig of some sort to use for drilling these out? I would prefer to not damage the head in the process and a jig would be really helpful in keeping the drill aligned. If it could possibly attach to the remaining studs on the head that would be great. Thanks

Unless you have experience in doing that sort of job I recommend taking it to a machine shop. It will be money well spent.
