Modified my bike so it's got forward controls and don't need these now. They're used, but in alright shape. The highway pegs have a little bit of rust around some of the joints, and the PO of my bike took all the rubber o-rings off because he wanted them to be all-chrome. The crash bars are the 2-point type, not 3-point. If anybody wants these, let me know, I'd let go of them cheap. I can take pictures if you're interested.

I'm new to the site and looking for parts to add to my 82 650 maxim. Would these crash bars fit with a minimun of mods? I'm pretty crafty.
    Thanx

    Here they are:

I'm honestly not sure if they'd fit an '82 650 Max -- they came off my '83 750 Max and I think the engine mount setup is the same, so I wouldn't see why they wouldn't just bolt on, but I'm not looking at one right in front of me, so someone else would be better at answering this question than me.

from here, that bar looks just like my 1981 XJ550 crash bar, except mine are chrome, and the right one is slightly bent from a PO laydown.

The 650 and 750 use the same lower engine case so they would fit between those models. The 550 uses a different lower case but it "may" still work at the mounting points.
