Hi guys, I have just had my starter rebuilt, I fitted it today, starter turns over great but bike won't start, any suggestions? I have check the spark plug but no spark, I would assume that its electrical, we did move the electrical components around in the battery box to give it a clean and I would think its something in there. Where would suggest I start looking.

It's pretty frustrating any help will be appreciated. Cheers

Start with what you moved, check for continuity along each circuit, then fuses , but it's likely a bad connection on something you moved IMHO .

start by looking at your battery voltage if it goes below 10 volts the tci will not work.
hook your meter to battery check voltage the press starter button to see where it drops to.
could be you just have to charge battery, the starter will still spin fast but if you hit 10 volts or less the the tci will not fire.

just for some history was the bike running previous to the starter rebuild?
i see you still have glass fuses you should replace the fuse block

This was just a pic after I had cleaned her at one stage, I have the side stand in the closed (up) position.

I have checked the battery and had the trickle charger on it and reads good. I had experienced that in the past and charged the battery and then all become good.

The bike was running well, I had noticed that starter beginning to play up to the point on the last ride I had to push start, I rode her home and parked in the garage and checked starter that was totally dead, then disconnected battery, then removed the starter and had it rebuilt, fitted it and turns over well but doesn't fire up, I removed a spark plug to confirm spark and no spark there. So that takes to the electrics under the seat, I figure something has dodgy here, i have ignition lights and starter turn over but no spark, what do I look for now?

The glass fuse block could be the thing, as i did notice that the battery box had contained water at some point, I have a gap between the seat pan and battery box which will allow water to flick off the rear wheel and run into the box, I have drilled a hole in the box to allow the water to drain, but I need to somehow seal this off. I will closely look at the fuse block and look at possibly replace.
