Rear tire /drive hub questions

    Trying to sort through PO handy work. tire size 130/90/16.
    The rear tire is touching the drive shaft housing.just the raised white letters are making contact. It appears to have a home made spacer on the right side of the axel.and one flat washer on the left.just eye balling it the wheel seems not centered in the frame.so my questions.what size tire works. And how do you set up a shaft drive rear wheel. Thanks in advance

    Update I took it apart and discovered PO had the spacers swapped switched them and they be spinning.I think I'm going to like this shafty stuff

    Good deal. 130 is as wide as you can go without rubbing the drive shaft housing. If you stick with 130 at the next tire change be sure to compare the sidewall profile to the tire you have now. 130mm moulded into the sidewall does not guarantee that the widest part of the tire is 130mm.
