    Hello all,
I bought this chopper on Ebay last summer. The guy said it had electrical problems. I found an ignition wire broken. The bike started right up. I then did a total rewire. welded in some mounts for the tank and coils. I took the tree to a machine shop and had tapperd berrings fitted. Who ever built this frame did a great job the bike rides so smoothe. Turning is nice it dosn't want to fall over like some choppers do. I call it a chop rocket .It sounds like a crotch rocket but looks like a chopper.
One pic is off the Ebay add the other is it today.

Looks like the good news would be you can use the stock xj set up for the front brakes. Bad news is you are going to have to weld on some mounts. For that fact it is a clean slate use whatever will fit the rotor on the front rim. Have fun with the rotochopper

That is, without a doubt, the first XJ chop job that I've seen that I'd want to ride myself. Nice one!

yes, it has the stock neck. It also has the stock taper bearings. I just had a machine shop turn down the top part of the girder post to fit. the lower bearing fit with no mods. just needed a spacer under bottom bearing.
