I have a question. I have no back lights on my cluster except for the neutral light. Would I be able to just replace bulbs or better off just replacing whole cluster?

I used the LED bulbs. They work great. They can be put it backwards tho (+/-) so be sure to check them before you put everything back together. About $15 on amazon

While the cluster is not terribly difficult to take apart, I usually will spend a few more bucks to replace all while I'm in there. YMMV, but my luck will have another bulb out within a week if I didn't.

The fuseblock is under the seat above the airbox cover( unless it is gone and your running pods then ??) there are also a fuse behind the headlight.

20 amp is the main power feed fuse (may just be an extra fuse in your case), and there should NOT be any 30 amp fuses. There are 4 fused circuits. You have a non-stock fuesbox (not a bad thing at all), but it looks like someone didn't have a clue how to put it in correctly, or label things.

I pulled each individually and the 30 amp is my main fuse but none of the others control the flashers on blinkers

Mreplace the 30 amp fuse with that spare 20 amp. The wires aren't rated beyond 20 amps. Electrical fires are bad.

You have some wire tracing to do, because the signals are supposed to be on a fused circuit.
