    Hello!
I have a question regarding the shaft on my xj650 4ko, when i drive away fast with the bike it feels like the shaft pulls back (can not find a good Word for it in english) as there is some kind of free gap. I also have a V star 1100 with shaft but i don't have that feeling with that bike.

    Any clue someone?
    /Robert

There really shouldn't be any noticable slop in the driveline. Along the left side of teh bike you will find a rubber accordion "boot" between the swingarm and the engine. Peel it back away from the engine side and take a look at the u-joint. Yours may be worn out.

Thank´s K-moe, i will take a look behind the rubber. I had the bike apart for my rebuild, maybe there is something that i have missed.
