When i took off the cylider block and head i tried my best to keep the cam chain taught. During the install the chain came off the bottom sprocket.

How i know is that when i turned the crank the cam chain doesnt budge. Is there a way yo get it back onto the sprocket without splitting the whole case?

I suspect dipping down the chain and hooking it back on will work but i have no idea. Do you guys have any experience with this or tips?

You might drain the oil and remove sump...exhaust will need removed. I have never pulled mine so I cant give you all the things you would have to do this.

Just wiggle the chain around. It will unkink and you'll be able to get it back onto the sprocket. You might need to roll the crank back a bit to unbind the chain.
After the chain is sorted roll it around and chack the links for damage. If you see any then get a chain breaker and a new chain.

^^ That. Have some patience and you'll get it to where it needs to be, no worries.
