Hi guys...I'm trying to find a way to straight out the original mufflers...don't mind the cone shape if I can put them strait.... Some one did this before? I saw a lot of pic that the originals were replaced for h-davidson, some pics shows strait pipes only...with this I guess you may need to touch the carbs!? What options I have to strait this mufflers? Thanks.

They are not damage at all...I just want to find a way to put them straight instead of 45 degrees upward like they are now (original stock)

There is no easy way to do that. It would require cutting, welding, and replating them. Given how integral the baffels are to the muffler, I do not think it is a process that would turn out well. It is probably best to leave them as a set uf unmolested originals and fit a set of mid 90's Sportster mufflers. The Sportster mufflers should not require rejetting.

ok...let me ask this...were the sportster mufflers attach to the originals? and on the other hand...those sporsters are the same as the Honda Rebel 450 or 250cc? You couldn't believe how much of sportster muffler are sold for here!!
