My relays are buzzing and not working on the 550
The headlight relay is working but constantly buzzes.
The turn relay buzzes but no light at all.
The side stand wire is disconnected otherwise the bike wont start.
I replaced the turn signals but they're not LED .
I ran a extra ground from the battery to the frame and that didn't help.
    Fully charged battery.
    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

pop them open and clean the contacts , clean out side connectors and harness connectors.
    check for bad solderjoints inside

Thanks, here's what I've tried so far
Have the original flasher and cleaned it.
Had one identical from another bike and cleaned it and they both just buzz.
Tried a E12 I believe it was and it blew the fuse.
Tried a no load electronic flasher and it blew a fuse.
The solder joints on the original control had came loose and I soldered them.
I bought another left control thinking maybe I had missed something and it does the same thing'
So yea I have no idea at this point.

Double check the battery voltage at the battery terminals.
If that's OK, then begin working your way toward the flasher, measuring the voltage at every junction.
Also check the battery to frame ground and make sure that it is secure and clean.

One last thing: is this occuring when the bike is running?

No sir not the with flasher.
The headlight relay buzzes when the bike is running but it's a Panasonic relay made for the purpose .
I ran a extra ground from the battery to the frame just to make sure and it made no difference
I forgot to mention the blinker bulbs are 23 watt

If this only happens when it is running it Sounds like you are generating some ac electricity. I would have a look at the generation circuit. I believe these bikes have a seperate rectifier?

    Good thought, and worth testing.
The regulator and rectifier are in a single sealed housing.

The signal bulbs have too low of a wattage for the stock relay to function reliably. 27 is the magic number, but if they work fine at idle (every time you use them) then I wouldn't bother changing the bulbs.

Thanks I'm getting 12.92 volts at the battery,
    11.71 volts at the flasher
and 11.75 at the fuse with the bike not running.
I have a spare regulator I can try.
I'll have to figure out where and how to test the rectifier .
    Thanks again

Yea thanks to your help I did this once before when I wasn't getting fire.
    Everything checked out.
I just tested the reg/rec and got readings and was getting readings going one way only.
red to 3 whites each one .452 set on ohms
black to 3 whites each one .440 set on ohms
