    has anyone got a pic of a 550 maxim from the rear quarter?

    specifically the grab bar/turn signal/shock mount?

    im having a real brain fade on which bolt goes where!

    yeah thats it!

    my chrome grab bar is held on by some long bolts with a sleeve on them. ive got a guy at work looking for the correct 10mm bolts (M10x1.0 vs. M10x1.5 or fine vs standard thread pitch)...

    i got some M10x1.5 and they didnt screw in...

    I think they're M10x1.25
    didn't tighten mine properly after installing a sissy bar from an xs special, and lost one bolt and one nut. The nut at the front of the bar is the same threading as the bolt at the back, that will help you look. I got a replacement at at Advance Auto Parts

    yeah M10x1.25 might be it because the 1.0s are WAY TOO FINE...

    im looking to put some 15 or 20 mm long bolts in it to get rid of the sleeved posts. i dont have a pic available to put up but you all would agree with me...
