I've been trying to get my kid on a dirt bike and she absolutely refuses. She had a bad episode last year when she fell off of it and the exhaust burned a pretty good portion of her leg.

Don't push her. If she's going to come around to the idea she has to do that on her own.

Yup, she needs to make that decision on her own. I'd get her in a situation where she can watch others on a dirt bike enjoying it, that will usually trump the "bad" memory and get them interested again.

Home videos of her riding might help too if you have them, Remembering the fun all over again...

And the bike is looking great, I like the idea of the black tank with copper accents as well.

I've been taking her for rides on the back of my bike, and she's a little scared at first but after about 10 minutes of riding, she relaxes and tells me to go faster lol.

She'll get there again, it just may take a while. The fact that she tells you to go faster after 10 minutes means she knows she will get back to it, but she needs to reassure herself first.

Yeah it's gonna take many many more rides lol. Sorry I haven't got any updates for you guys lately. I have two cars I've been working on lately that I've been fixing up to sell cause I want em gone and out of my yard. After that, it's back to bike stuff!
