Cable route

    High I have a 81 750 Seca and can't seem to get the throttle cable route in the right spot always wants to stick. Can anyone post pics of there bike with the correct route or a detailed description of the route. Thanks

    From the grip: the cable runs across the front of the right fork leg, then turns back along the right side of the frame (between the steering head and the right fork leg) next to the right coil, then it passes over the top of the first frame cross-brace for a straight shot to the carb throttle linkage.
    Be sure that you have the correct cable. Maany places will sell you an XJ650 cable saying that it will fit. It does not.

    Got burned once on a clutch cable that was bit too long. I get everything from Chacal/XJ4ever now.
