Runs great all day, sits overnight and battery goes dead. New battery every spring, any advice?

Check the diodes in your voltage regulator, there is a procedure in your service manual. A quick test is to touch it after the bike has been parked overnight. If it is warm its bad, replace it.
Battery could also be bad, it does happen to new ones. A battery should last 3 or more years. Why do you replace it every spring?

Define all day. How many miles; how many restarts?

Could be that the charging circuit is not working, or not working well enough, and you're just running off the battery all day.

In addition to the regulator diode check, chack the battery voltage at idle, at 2,000 RPM, and at 3,500 RPM.

I replace the battery every year because it's sits without a tender, no electric where it's kept. I can start it 100 times a day and it's fine, just overnite it dies. It just started doing it a few days ago, never had a single issue with it before

Check for current draw with the ignition off. Also make sure that you aren't turning the key past the off position and to the parking position, which will leave the taillight on and also let you remove the key.
