Yamaha Seca 750 backrest rest

    I know I have seen a thread where someone put a passenger back rest on a 750 Seca but can't find it. Dose anyone have pictures of one with one the wife doesn't want to ride it otherwise. Thanks

    You'll have to either fabricate one, or put on a luggage rack and mount a top-case with a backrest pad.

    I made one from conduit for my wife. Not the prettiest thing but it worked.

    I can't find a pic and the Boy took it off when he inherited the Seca.

    I found the back rest. I made it on a second grab bar and the Boy just went back to the original grab bar.

    BTW, this fits an '81 XJ750RH

    It was supposed to be the rough draft but it worked so well I just stopped there. Take it apart and give it a rattle can coat of paint or powder coat it, add acorn nuts and you're cooking with gas!
