The Check Button on xj750 Display?

    Hi all i just joined. got my xj750 seca about a week ago. best bike ive owned so far. ive been searching the forums for an hour for this question so sorry if its a repeat but i couldnt find it.

    what does the "Check" button on the bikes display do? i k now hitting the "warning control" button twice turns of the warning light but what does the "Check" button do.

    I think it is like one of those buttons on the poles for traffic lights.YOu push it and nothing happens.

    Hahahahah close, but no :)

    It cycles the computer through all the sensors. Its a little redundant since the computer is constantly monitoring them anyway (stop short and slosh your oil or gas and see what I mean), but if you like seeing it turn on all its indicators one right after another, press the button :)
