For Sale 1982 XJ750 Seca parts

I have front forks, fuel tank, both wheels and carbs for sale. Also have a titled frame that was cut behind seat.

Could you please respond to the questions that were asked in your Carbs Wanted thread. It is still not clear that you have the wrong carbs.
If your intake boots are correct then the carbs listed here will fit, assuming that you have an aircooled XJ750 and not the wateercooled XJ750.

 

Hi thanks for your reply my engine has a small rad behind the forks but I thought it was oil cooled as the two pies one either side just run back to engine, so is it oil cooled or air cooled via the rad there is no water tank anywhere, and your mounts in your picture are the same position as mine will you sell me the mounts aswell please.

The bike in your avatar looks sort of like a MaximX, but I'm wondering if it is just an air-head with a MaximX gauge cluster on it for appearance.......

Ok, well that explains the avatar.

Your trike--

You have an (up-to-1983) x750 YICS engine. It is an air-cooled engine. The carbs you need are Hitachi carbs.....any of the (up-to-1983) xj750 carbs will fit,, as well as the 1982-1983 xj650 (YICS) Maxim carbs, though you will have to reject for the 750 jet set.

The intake boots are correct....... The YICS engine required boots that angle one way on the left and the opposite way on the right. The 1980-1981 non-YICS engines had all four boots oriented the same.

Which avatar and screen name are you gonna use....your old one, or your new one? It's gonna get real confusing if you start switching back and forth.

 

$150.00 for the carbs and they need to be rebuilt. You need to give me your address so I can find where to ship the package for postal $$.

 

I'll put in a plug for hogfiddles. If you send the carbs to him directly and have him rebuild, you will get carbs that just work! I did that and after wet setting on the bench, adjusting mixture on the running bike, I have had zero problems. Not to jinx myself (not that I believe in that crap), but I've really been able to rely on the carbs he rebuilt for me.
