    any one have a CDI box for cheap. i know they are on ebay but my bike has one that is missing also I'm looking for the left and right side covers.does matter about the colors cause I'm going to paint the whole bike.thanks in advance

    I have 2 '81 XJ750RH CDIs and a set of side covers. They're actually my son's. I'll see what he wants for them and let you know.

    Yeah, I kinda use the terms interchangeably. I know it's not strictly correct but the '81 box should work on the '82, right?

    All '81-'83 XJ750, and the '82-'83 Maxim 650, use the same TCI.
