Alternator removal What sized bolt?

    Hi, all
    Splitting engine cases, and don't have any pullers was wondering What is the size of bolt and thread pitch is needed, to remove the alternator from an XJ 650 motor.

    M 16 x 1.50 35mm long bolt.
    A short length of steel rod, chamferd at each end; goes into the hole first to prevent mushrooming the end of the bolt.
