How to tell difference between seca and maxim

Bought a bike couple weeks ago. No seat, no fenders no body panels nothing but very rusty tank and frame wheels and motor. Not even headlight or tail lights. How can I tell which model it is? seca or maxim. Its a 1981 xj550. Thanks

Seca has
hinges on frame to mount seat and seat lock .
tail light has clear on bottom for plate light. maxim has a plate light and solid red tail light

front disc on right side (as you sit on bike) Maxim on left
seca striaght spoked rims not swirlled unless it is the euro bike. or maxim

seca axle on bottom of forks instead on front of lower tube

long slim tank
muffler in cone at end
plastic chain guard

the easy way
4U8 in vin number seca
5k5 in vin is maxim

Seca has dual disc front brakes, swirled rims and front axle is on the front of the tubes.

if he was asking about a 750 you would be correct

or if it were a euro xj550 it would have dual disc and swirled wheels

 

XJ550H and if I were smart enough to read all of his orig post I would have seen he said it was an xj550.
