Hey everyone, made it back from Iraq safely, now to start back with the bike. my first question is I had took my aux switch off a year or so ago, and of course lost the screws, I was wondering if anyone could measure the width, length and tread count for me, I want to add a aux light back on my fairing, just don't want to try 4 billion screws to get it done.

    Thanks
    Andrew

I'm not quite sure what switch you are referring to, but the only screws I've ever found ( or needed to replace ) on my XJ were metric. If I were you, I would pull a few other screws off from other places and see if the thread and diameter match your switch, then take one to the hardware / automotive store and find a match.

Glad to have you back in the world, Schmidt. I hope working on the bike is a pleasant diversion from all the time you put-in over in the Middle-East.

Take it slow and easy for a little-bit.
    You deserve a break.

If I was you ... I wouldn't be working on no bike until I got back from City Hall with my name legally changed and a new Social Security Number and the inside of my Footlocker waterproofed and filled with beer!
