PO to the PO completely wrecked these. I was only able to get one out. What is the best way to remove these now?

Can people see them now? If not, it is the pilots jets.

I use a screw extractor (ez out) small one to remove pilot jets

#1 i think is the size. penetrating oil soak then ez out

should not have to drill it it will fit existing hole

Patience is the first thing to be applied in those situations! You were very smart to reach out to others who have done it, before grinding the crap out of the heads and possibly buggering them beyond any extraction! I'm sure I'm not the only one who has seen countless examples where the PO did exactly that!

The advice XJ gave was perfect but for those that might not have the correct size extractor, a good soaking in Kroil or Kerosene (coleman fuel) & a bit of diesel fuel mixed makes an excellent lube for seized parts....then a barely oversized drill bit held with pliers and gently tapped with a steel bar while being "unscrewed" (counterclockwise) will also occasionally get them to break loose....I've even had to drill them out completely in very small steps in order to save the threads in the carb bodies....a painfully slow process for sure!

    Congrats on getting them out!
