Judging by the grainy picture, I wonder how well it runs without carbs?

That no title thing gets me every time, if there is no title then it sells for a parts bike. I am in the process of getting a bonded title here in WI and that is even with the title in hand from the sale. Long story short, make sure you have a current title that is not signed by another party. Wisconsin now has a "Chain of ownership" that must be proven. How times have changed.

I literally gave a motorcycle away once because I couldn't get a title for it. NC makes it very difficult. I've passed on some really good bikes at great deals because of no title. I just figured I'd show it in here to see if someone wanted it for parts. I don't need it, and it's close to me so I figured I could verify any claims the owner made.

Looks like an XJ700 but I don't see the carbs. If they are there it would be a good Parts bike. I paid $200 for one in much worse shape just to get the carbs.
