some goodies I picked up yesterday in MN. Yay Took the family to the mall
Of America yesterday. I forgot how big that place really is. End goal was afterwards to stop and get some parts. Yay for me. I now have some unobtanium. No keys for the bags, so I’ll hve to get them to a locksmith and get a set made.

No! No such thing as nice crash/motor guards! Except for (maybe) those unobtanium cast ones that Yamaha produced. Which are the ones you got! I thought they were specific to the 750x, but that's a pile of Seca parts. Anyone wanna tell Matti how wrong he is?

Looks like a bike rolled into your garage at 3am drunk as a goose and took off its clothes on the way to bed. :)

Lol. Thanks guys. Just original hardware in the can. None of it is in exceptional shape. I’m happy to finally have found some of those engine guards. It’s been a long hunt. The rest is just filling I would’ve liked to have dickered a bit more on pricing but I didn’t want it to fall through either due to the engine guards being included. Aftermarket koni shocks but the rest is all Yamaha. Even the ugly added rubber flap is stamped Yamaha. Oh. Wait. The added drawer handle on the trunk isn’t factory. Haha.

Matti, the guards for the X are the same as for the 85-86 airhead 700 and 750.
He already knows what he got----he tried in vain to get me to sell a pair to him. funnier is that he found a set before I found out about that set.......lol
