I would put the pics on but I just loaded them and have to wait for admin approval. I followed Ricks directions for making a single gauge carb synch only I added a 4 valve cut off switch from a pet shop. Still have to try it though...

And for the YICS tool, I used gas line because that is what the directions called for but on looking at the YICS sticky I noticed that it needs high temp stuff.... Think it will be fine until I can get my hands on some? I will look around for something tomorrow before I attempt to work on it. Have to find an end nut slightly smaller for it anyways. And I also plan to coat the stop washer with some gasket maker, both on the threads and a little on the washer. Hopefully this will take care of that problem!

Jack if you want to do some "spring cleaning" and not have to worry about a "sticky mess" try this method.

Cheap and easy method that Rickcomatic used before.

Cut a tshirt into 1/2" strips and tie ends together into 3' lenths
    Make 2 of these!

Coat in Marvel Mystery Oil and stuff each towards the center from each side.

    Insert plugs and done.

Helps to use a coat hanger to insert material in chamber.

Plus the MMO soaked rags clean that YICS port out

I stopped by autozone and got some high temp fuel line, the guy gave it to me for free! Only need 1.5 inches, thank god, that crap is $5 something a foot!

Edit: one other good idea for the homemade single gauge carb synch tool, instead of plastic/JB welding the small tube to the other ones, it was too flimsy so I put a tack in each end of the little red tube and welded it to the inside of a hose connector, much more stable.

Double Edit: The small red tube into the other tubes was in Ricks directions, I just looked at a picture that was done differently*

Another option is an old set of pilot jets inserted in the line.
