    I plan on painting my XJ550 SECA this winter (first snow of the year as we speak/write).

    Does anyone know where I can get the gold Yamaha decal that is on the back of the plastic pice right above the taillight on the flat surface?

    Yeah - they are a bit pricey (and I'm even in the same city as them!) - but I can vouch that they're worth it! I've seen their work, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it's as good as or even better than the OEM decals. And don't forget their prices include the shipping.
