    Morning all.

My bike is an xj750a which is the 1981 Japanese model. It has a 650 frame and 750 everything else.

Does anyone know how they are different? Specifically relating to parts.

For example, I want to change the pods back to an airbox, do I try find a 650 airbox or a 750 airbox? Are they both the same?

    Thank you,
    Andy.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.

That isn't good news for me, I can get a 750 airbox with the rubbers for £40 however I can only find 650 airbox's with no rubbers.

Do you know if the 750 airbox will actually fit or is it too big/wrong shape?

I should have been more specific in my question and for that I apologise.

It would be interesting to know what the differences between the 650 and 750 frames if anyone has the data or could point me in the direction of the data.

our supporting vendor sells them i think www.xj4ever.com. of course it would be costly yo ship.

there is a thread some where here it is old but radiator hose or rubber plumbing adaptors were used you may have to use rtv to secure them to air box.

    then keep searching for boots
