Is This The Fairing I Am Looking For?

    Came across this on a classified site. The cutouts make me think its for an 82 XJ750 Maxim, looks like there's an opening for the fog light. Can anyone confirm? Thanks in advance.

    That looks more like the fairing for an XS750, or Venturer. It might fit a Maxim though.

    But unless you know what it's for, AND have the mounting bracket/hardware kit for it, it might be a tough row to hoe to actually fit it to your bike.....

    Indeed Google confirms it is from an XS. Thank you so much, I think I'm either going to go with a Windjammer or a simple windshield.

    IIRC Craig Vetter did make those fairings for Yamaha. He might have mounts still. I think that he will supply plans for the mounts if you ask.


    [EDIT] He does give advice on how to make brackets if you can't find them.
