Sorry i don’t have a picture - I am rebuilding an OEM petcock for my Seca. There is a small square gasket for the fuel line banjo that needs replacing but it’s not listed in the parts book, nor is it available in the rebuild kits. Where can I score one?

    We have them in stock:

HCP114 Aftermarket petcock fuel outlet cover plate GASKET, die cut reproduction of the original. Fits all original XJ550, FJ600, XJ650 (except Turbo), and all 1981-83 XJ750 petcocks that use a detachable fuel outlet port cover plate. NOTE: any original XJ-series petcock that has a front lower drain screw will not have a bottom fuel outlet plate, and thus will not use this gasket.

What can I do with a loose petcock filter screen? Is there a glue that will hold up to gas?

    No glue.
You can either buy a new screen from Chacal, or use a center punch to dimple the inside of the bore that the screen fits into. That will provide a snug fit.
