Yamaha xj650 1982 Seca head vs xj900's 1983

    Hey everyone,

    Some guy offers me an xj 900 head, I have an xj650 Seca and dunno if this head will fit my bike.
    I have a plans change mine in near future due to some issues with it and xj900 head wold be the good option.

    So, will it fit for xj650?

    Bigger valves and bigger intake ports may be a problem. You’re better off with another 650 or even a 750 head as all sizes are the same on those.

    I believe the spacing on the exhaust and intake for the 900 head is different from the 650,750
