...and I'm an addict. Addicted to riding, that is! :D

I couldn't stand it any more. I put my almost-finished seat back on my bike and rolled her out of the shed. I had to go for I ride or someone was going to get hurt. It's been far too many weeks since I've had the wind in my face. The thermometer said it was 43°F so there was no chance of ice or snow. It wasn't raining (yet) so I fired her up, hopped on and went for a ride.

And that, my friends, is exactly what I needed.

Get Don on the phone. Is that Don? Hi, Don...

    Amateur. :D

There's the infamous "post-Thanksgiving ride back from Phoenix" trip I took some years back. Six hours into the ride I made it to Hemet. I'm stiff as a board. One more hour to go.

    Outside temp: 32 degrees F.

I don't ride the bike to Phoenix anymore.
