    When I get off my XJ after I get to or from work, about 40-45 minutes, my knees are sore and stiff. I walk in the door shuffling like I'm 90 years old.
    Doesn't happen with my other bikes.
    Anyone else?

    Not me, but I'm at the age where everything hurts all the time.

    How tall are you?

    trick to this is never get off the bike.

    on the longer trips I use the forward foot pegs on the crash bars

    my knees are shot before I go for a long ride I take a few Tylenol or aleave,

    I am thinking about installing some forward controls from tcbros

    Seat is perhaps a bit too low? Arthritis? Ragged cartilage just at the "wrong" angle of knee flexion?
    But Rossi is also the guy that started the dangling inside leg when approaching the turn in. That will allow you to stretch out the leg (knee)
    Rossi = G.O.A.T.
    Cheers, 50gary

    He borrowed that from motocross.
    Even tiny-me was doing that on my minibike in the 70's.
