Decode a VIN

    Is anyone here able to decode the VIN from this bike I just bought that was sitting in a friends yard, she doesn't run yet but what I do for fun is make bikes run again so she will. I need to know the exact bike before I buy any parts for it but am having trouble figuring out the year, I believe it's an '82 XJ750 Maxim. The VIN is jya15r000ca002352 and no websites will decode it for me.
