    hi everyone. i'm new here. but any way i am restoring a 1981 650 maxim and a 1982 550 seca. the maxim is almost done the 550 is a basket case.

    lots of help is given on this fourm, really this is a great bunch of minds. If you havent read about the xj cds i suggest you do then order them, they alone will bring anyone up to speed about the xj bikes. good to have you on the site.

    I really like my 550. It's smallish, zippy, fun, fun, fun! If you ever make it down/over to milwaukee, you can take mine out!
