Does anyone know at what cruising speed the 750RH YICS gets the best fuel efficiency? Is it better doing 55mph on state highways or doing 75mph @ 6000 rpm on the interstate? Or is there even that much of a difference?

it's not about the engine, it's about the air. it doesn't like to move, takes a lot of gas to move it. 35 mph it about right, a tank of gas lasts forever

It's always better to ride on whatever route you enjoy the most.

At 55 I get around 48 MPG. At 75 I get around 44 MPG. (without headwinds it's a bit better)
85 and above is where mileage begins to drop off significantly, and rapidly.
