Alright all you Seca 750 geniuses-I'm changing to a sealed battery and need to know how to defeat the bloody battery water sensor so my dang dash BATT light stays off.
    Any constructive ideas, anybody?

a: hook the wire to +12volts someplace
    b: take the bulb out

Are these cures you have used?
I'm pretty sure the "bulb" is part of the LCD, and can't be "taken out"-yes :?:
    Thanks for replying.

the 12 volts will work and is safe, light out never on, but i played around and found that a *3600 ohm* resistor gives a low battery indication
like if the key is on while your doing something and the battery gets low, the light will glow for a while after its started then go out, nice

*3600* is from memory, i'll measure it tomorrow
the bulb is just me being a smart ass, sorry

PO cut off the sensor so I added a length of wire to it and ran it directly to the positive battery terminal.

I just had a look through that link, and it can be connected directly to the battery as the sensor wire goes through the ignition switch. Found that out the other day while severley hacking a headlight to my Seca.
