maybe some of you will be mad that i decided to go the custom route with this specific bike, but i couldn't be more excited for how it's turning out. got it back from powder coat a couple weeks ago and i am building it back up! here's what i have done so far:

    -got some new tires mounted

-upgraded the steering bearings to the tapered roller bearings that xj4ever offers

    -renthal lows handlebars

-lots of fab work to rear frame and middle frame for electronics box and seat loop. frame was cut before i got the bike, but i continued with it and i am happy i did.

-made a few brackets: reg-rec bracket to mount in front above exhaust (most airflow in my head, but may be a bad idea down the line), signal light brackets, and a bracket to hold choke lever and new gauge. i'll get pics of the ones not shown in a later post!

i don't have anymore pics yet, but i will continue to post pics of the build up! i would love to hear your thoughts, opinions, etc... maybe it'll help me out as this is my first bike :)

Not sure if it is just my end but I can't open the pics you posted. Either way I support what you are doing haha. I'm like 90% complete doing the same kind of build. Would love to see how you setup your electronics tray.

If you finish it I won’t be mad :D

I do recall your earlier post stating that it was cut up and modified already, nothing wrong with finishing it up.
