I put a new AGM style battery in my bike and had to remove the sensor plug from the original battery. Some one posted that you can get rid of the warning light by putting a resistor on the sensor lead. Anyone know the size or an easier fix?

You can bump that up to 6.2K 1/4 watt and it gives you a bit of a voltage monitor so if the battery light comes on you need to investigate why. The 2.2K will work also, but you won't get any useful monitoring.

it's been a long time since i measured it, off on choke, flicker at hot idle, off by about 2K. could set it with a 10K pot and see what he likes.
6.2 doesn't sound familiar, must be getting old :)
